Tutor Requirements

  • Math & ELA subject expertise, K–12
  • Face-to-face tutoring only — no remote substitutes
  • HS Math tutors proficient through Algebra 1
  • Elementary tutors fluent in foundational reading
  • Equipped to support homework + close skill gaps
  • Minimum 2 years tutoring or teaching experience
  • Available onsite during the regular school day
  • Current AZ teaching certificate is a plus
  • Must complete DadsClubAZ screening & orientation
  • Annual recertification + PD requirement
